Shipping & Delivery Policy

At NovaClean, we are committed to getting your cleaning essentials to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Free Standard Shipping

We offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements at checkout.

2. Processing & Fulfillment

Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.
High Demand: During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

To maintain our free shipping model, we ship directly from our specialized fulfillment centers.

Standard Delivery: 7–12 business days.
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs delays, extreme weather, or carrier transit issues.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. Address Accuracy & Redirects

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address (including Apartment, Suite, or Dorm Room numbers).

NovaClean is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer may be responsible for a reshipping fee.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office, neighbors, or building management.

NovaClean is not liable for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.
If your package is confirmed "Lost in Transit" by the carrier, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.
